Misolizer Pregnancy Kit is used to stop the growth of pregnancy in the early days. This kit is a combination of two salts, mifepristone and misoprostol. There are five tablets in this kit, four of mifepristone and one of misoprostol. These five tablets stops the pregnancy to grow further. This kit shows the positive results if taken within 7 weeks of the pregnancy.
Common side effects of this medicine include infection following abortion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, uterine contractions or cramping, uterine bleeding, heavy bleeding, and fetal malformations. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. Usually, vaginal bleeding may last for 12 days, inform your doctor if it lasts for more than 12 days or you notice severe abdominal pain.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have ever had an ectopic pregnancy, or you are breastfeeding or using an intrauterine device. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. You must avoid strenuous activity like heavy exercise, running, and driving while abortion as it can affect the bleeding. Your doctor may perform an ultrasound or pelvic examination to check for abortion completion.

Misolizer Pregnancy Kit contains two medicines Mifepristone and Misoprostol, which cause abortion. Mifepristone blocks the effects of progesterone, a natural female hormone that is needed for the pregnancy to sustain. Without this hormone, the lining of the uterus breaks down as it does during a menstrual period and stops the growth of the pregnancy. Misoprostol is a synthetic prostaglandin E1Â which is a potent inhibitor of gastric acid secretion in humans. It also causes the cervix to soften and the uterus to contract.
Mifepristone is a steroidal antiprogestogen, it may be used together with misoprostol for an early pregnancy loss. This medication is commonly used in combination with misoprostol for an abortion during pregnancy. This combination is 97% effective during the first 63 days of pregnancy. It is usually taken by mouth.
Misoprostol is a medication used to cause an abortion and treat postpartum bleeding due to poor contraction of the uterus. For causing an abortion it is used by itself and with mifepristone. Its effectiveness for abortion is between 66% to 90%.
